These terms cover public use of championhomessourcing.com and sourcing coordination materials. The parties record the scope, charges, deliverables and obligations in any separately signed engagement or supply contract.
The site describes prefabricated residential houses, DfMA gates, and a way to send a module brief. Catalog rows are labels for inquiry. They are not an offer to sell a specific house at a published price. A quotation is issued after the desk has a country, a storey count, design loads, interior scope, a delivery date and a destination port. Until that quotation is accepted in writing, either party may stop the conversation.
Model files, packing sheets and installation sequences are issued for the named project. They may not be reused on another plot without a new basis of design. Wind speed, ground snow load and seismic inputs printed as examples, including 45 m/s, 1.5 kN/m² and 0.30 g, are placeholders. The project engineer replaces them. Champion Homes does not warrant that a local authority will accept International Building Code, Eurocode or any other code text. Acceptance stays with that authority.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, where cited, describe management systems. They are not a product structural certificate and they are not a fire resistance rating for a finished wall. Panel core data must be read with the joint, door and floor conditions. A module must not be described as fireproof on the basis of a single panel line.
The buyer, supplier and inspection provider agree opening-unit measurements and acceptance criteria against the approved revision. The buyer provides site inputs such as foundation survey and crane access unless assigned separately. A route restriction can require a different packing arrangement and a revised price.
Information typed into the brief must be accurate to the sender’s knowledge. Do not upload personal data about residents of a future house unless you have a lawful reason and a need for the desk to see it. Comments on the notes pages are moderated and may be removed if they advertise unrelated goods or include another person’s private contact data.
To the extent the law allows, Champion Homes is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the public website, including a decision made from an example load that was never adopted for the plot. Direct liability for a manufactured scope is defined in the supply contract, including any agreed remedy for late packing or a non-conforming opening unit. Nothing on this page limits liability that the law refuses to limit.
Use the inquiry form for questions about these terms. If a question concerns an existing project, identify the relevant quotation or correspondence revision.
