Factory line of residential modules continuing to a crane set on a prepared site

Send Champion Homes a residential sourcing brief

Use the inquiry form to start China supplier matching for prefabricated housing. Include the intended use, destination, storey count and known design loads. When a wind load or snow load is missing, identify who will provide it and whether a supplier quotation can proceed on explicitly provisional inputs.

Coordination desk

  • Region. China sourcing coordination. A meeting or supplier visit location is confirmed for each project.
  • Email. Use the inquiry form to request a reply and include your preferred email.
  • Phone. Include your number and time zone if you would like to arrange a call.
  • Availability. Propose meeting windows in your local time and indicate any fixed tender dates.
  • Correspondence. Keep specifications and revised drawings in the project inquiry thread.

Champion Homes provides independent procurement coordination. It has no official brand affiliation or authorization to distribute for the original brand. Product evidence and supplier certifications require documentary verification for the proposed scope, and local project professionals remain responsible for their approvals.

If you are comparing a two-bedroom plan with a three-bedroom plan, send both areas and the module width you can transport. For an illustrative 2435 mm shell, check the loaded transport width with the carrier and local route authority. Panelized light-gauge packs can be narrower in the crate and wider after assembly. Have the installer confirm the crane reach and pick weight for each option.

Three steps, one submission

Start with the buyer contact and building use, then add technical inputs and delivery constraints. If options are still open, identify the baseline configuration and list alternatives separately so that quotes can be normalized against one project brief.

  1. Contact name, email, company and phone.
  2. Use, country, quantity, plan size and storeys.
  3. Wind, snow, seismic, interior scope, date and port.

A quotation that follows is a commercial offer against that basis. It is not a building permit, not a soil report, and not a statement that every authority will accept the package. If your fire strategy needs a 60 min system reference, write that in the notes so the envelope comparison includes rock wool where the joints require it.

  1. 1. Contact
  2. 2. Building
  3. 3. Loads and port
Submitting shares the brief under the Privacy Policy. A quotation is not a permit approval.
